1. Who supplies the subscription
Marvize Statistics is supplied by Rui Liang carrying on business as MARVIZE, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada (Registration No. FM1057445).
2. Subscription billing
Marvize Plus is a recurring subscription. Before you complete a purchase, the checkout flow will display the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, taxes or other determinable charges, subscription features, and renewal terms. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your subscription continues to renew according to the billing period disclosed at checkout until you cancel it or it otherwise ends.
3. Cancelling Marvize Plus
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Manage subscriptionin your Marvize account or by contacting support if the billing portal is unavailable. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee or penalty.
For subscription renewals of 60 days or less, cancellation stops future renewal and you may continue to use the paid service for the portion of the current term that remains available to you. Unused time is generally not refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If MARVIZE offers a subscription with a renewal term longer than 60 days, we will provide renewal notice, cancellation rights, and any prorated refund required by applicable law.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide automatic prorated refunds simply because you stop using Marvize before the end of a paid term.
We will review reasonable refund requests for billing mistakes or exceptional circumstances, including duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a material billing problem. Approval is not guaranteed where a refund is not legally required.
5. Payment failures and past-due accounts
If Stripe cannot successfully process a payment, your subscription may enter a past-due, unpaid, incomplete, or similar billing state. Marvize Plus access may be restricted when the subscription is no longer in an eligible paid status. You can use the billing portal to update supported payment details where available.
6. Cancellation at the end of a billing period
When Stripe records a subscription as scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period, Marvize Plus access normally remains active through that paid period. Access ends when Stripe reports that the paid subscription has ended or is no longer eligible for Plus access.
7. Promotions, taxes, and plan changes
Promotional offers may have additional eligibility, duration, or pricing terms disclosed before purchase. Taxes are charged where applicable. If we change the price or other material subscription terms, the change will apply prospectively and we will provide any advance notice, cancellation right, or consent required by applicable law.
We will not change cancellation, return, exchange, or refund terms in a way that is prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
8. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any right to cancel a contract, receive a refund, reverse an eligible charge, receive required pre-contract information, receive a copy of a contract, or exercise another remedy that applicable law says cannot be waived.
In British Columbia, subscription and distance-sales contracts may be subject to specific disclosure, renewal, cancellation, and refund requirements. MARVIZE will honour those requirements where they apply.
9. Billing support
For a billing question or refund request, email marvize.support@gmail.com. Please include the email address associated with your Marvize account and enough information for us to identify the charge. Do not email full card numbers or card security codes.
